How we protect your data.
This page is maintained by Timent Technologies to answer common security and privacy questions about our services. It describes our current practices, not independent verification.
What we collect and why
We collect only the information needed to respond to your inquiry. When you use our contact form, we ask for your name, preferred contact method (email or phone), and a brief description of the service you need. We do not collect browsing behavior, analytics identifiers, or third-party tracking data.
Contact details
Name, email, and phone number are used solely to reply to your request. We do not share this with third parties.
Service requests
The description you provide helps us understand the issue and prepare before we reach out.
No marketing use
We do not add submitted contact information to marketing lists or send promotional emails.
How your data is stored and protected
Your contact submissions are stored in a managed database with access controls enforced at the row level. Only authenticated systems with the appropriate credentials can read or write this data. We do not expose raw database access to the public internet.
Access controls
Database access is restricted by role-based policies. Application code validates every request before it reaches the database.
Encryption in transit
All communication between your browser and our services uses HTTPS/TLS. We do not accept unencrypted connections.
Shared responsibility: Our hosting provider supplies the underlying infrastructure, encryption, and platform-level security. Timent Technologies is responsible for application-level access controls, data handling practices, and how we respond to privacy requests.
Retention and deletion
We retain contact submissions for as long as needed to fulfill your request and maintain a record of the services we have provided. If you would like your information removed, you can request deletion at any time.
Request your data be deleted
Send us a message through our contact form or call (954) 274-9020 and we will remove your contact information and service history from our records.
Security contact and incident reporting
If you discover a security issue or have concerns about how we handle data, we want to hear from you.
Report a vulnerability
Please contact us through our contact form or by phone at (954) 274-9020. We review all reports and will respond as quickly as possible.
