The right products, sized adequately, budgeted appropriately and with zero upsell.

We research, source, order, deliver, set up, and configure every technology product to fully suit your company's unique needs. And we  make sure everything stays well within your budget. Now and always.

Buying computers, servers, networking equipment, software licenses, subscriptions, peripherals or even 3rd party services for your business shouldn't mean wading through specs you don't fully understand or wondering if you're being sold more than you actually need. We source everything from manufacturers, service providers and technology suppliers and recommend what's actually right for how your business works — nothing more, nothing less.

We handle the entire process from start to finish: sourcing the equipment, setting it up, configuring it for your network, and getting your team up and running on it. If a workstation just needs a memory or storage upgrade, we'll tell you that instead of pushing a new computer. And when a machine genuinely has reached the end of its useful life, we'll tell you that too.

Ever been told that heavier security software means better protection? It usually does — but if your workstations are already a few years old, that same heavyweight antivirus or firewall suite can end up eating the memory and processing power those machines don't have to spare. We'll match the protection to what the hardware can actually handle, so keeping your machines safe isn't what ends up slowing them down.

Same goes for your internet connection. If your network hardware is physically capped at a Gigabit and your actual usage never gets close to it — say it tops out around 250 Mbps — we're not going to recommend a 2.5 Gigabit connection you'd never be able to use anyway. We'll size your connection to what your business actually pushes through it.

Did someone tell you a high-end graphics card makes a computer better? It absolutely does — but would it, for you? If your team's day mostly involves email, spreadsheets, and browser-based work, that card just adds cost up front, sits idle, and usually means a noisier fan running for nothing.

Same principle applies to your servers. If your proprietary software runs a high-transaction database — a SQL server constantly writing transaction logs, for example — we're not going to hand you drives built for fast reads when what you actually need is fast, reliable writes. We'll match the storage to how your database behaves, not to whatever's the typical default.

These are just a few examples of how we think about it — not a checklist, and not the only things we look at before making a recommendation.

We also keep track of warranties and support coverage on your servers and critical equipment, so nothing lapses without you knowing — one less thing to keep on your radar.

This kind of evaluation — looking at how your business actually uses its equipment before recommending anything — doesn't cost you a thing. Whether you end up buying through us or somewhere else entirely, we're glad to walk you through what we'd recommend and why, free of charge.

We're not working off a sales quota or a manufacturer relationship that rewards us for pushing a bigger purchase. Our only interest is that whatever you buy, from us or from someone else, actually fits how your business runs.
